Tips to clean your truck cab

Je vrachtwagen cabine schoon houden

You've been on the road for a while, other trucks are passing you by, and you’re enjoying the ride in your truck. Nothing to complain about, like a real boss. You arrive at your destination and suddenly hear, "What smells so bad?" Yep... time to clean the inside of your truck!

Good Cleaning Supplies

You don’t need expensive cleaning products, but a few basic items can work wonders. Think of an all-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, and a few microfiber cloths. They take up little space and will make your cab look spotless again! Keep wet wipes on hand for any spills as well.

Tip: buy reusable microfiber cloths. They are washable and you can use them over and over. This way, you don't need to buy new ones too often if you don't want to.

Routines, Routines

Plan a few minutes each week to tidy up your cab. It doesn’t have to take hours. Just run the vacuum cleaner, wipe down the dashboard with a microfiber cloth, remove the mats, and clean the windows. The next morning, with a cup of coffee in hand, you'll think, "Wow, I did a great job!" Maybe at the end of your workday, you'll have time to throw away all the empty bottles and wrappers.

Tip: attach a small trash can to the door or under the dashboard. It helps to dispose of waste directly and prevents clutter.

Ventilation and Air Fresheners

Good ventilation is very important, so it's a good idea to let fresh air in regularly. Air fresheners or scent sachets help to keep bad odors out of your cab. Choose something natural without chemical smells. Think of lavender or lemon.

With these tips, it's easier than ever to keep your cab clean and organized. So, get started and make your cab a clean workplace again!
